Pregnancy does not mean the end of your fitness. You can continue to do whatever activity you were doing prior to pregnancy. This is why it is imperative to start training pre-pregnancy. It is not recommended to begin new activities once already pregnant. Not only can you continue to work out, but you can do so in a way that will help ensure a strong and safe pregnancy and beyond.
